Return & Refund Policy 

Overview & Consumer Right of Cancellation

  • In accordance with Saudi e-commerce/consumer regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase and request a full refund within 7 days from the date of receipt provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Exceptions

  • Consumables and printer supplies (including opened ink or toner cartridges) are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken or the product used, unless the item is found to be defective or damaged on delivery. Major electronics/retailer policies commonly treat printer supplies as non-returnable if opened; defects are handled under warranty/defect procedures. Extra+1

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If a cartridge arrives damaged or is proven defective, the customer must notify us within 14 days of delivery and keep the original packaging. We will inspect the item and, if a manufacturing defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will offer:

    • Replacement with the same model (preferred), or

    • Full refund to the original payment method, or

    • Store credit/voucher if requested by the customer.

    • In defective/damage cases the seller bears the return shipping cost. (This mirrors standard retailer practice and consumer protection guidance.)

Unopened / Unused Items

  • Unopened, unused cartridges returned within 7 days (in original packaging and resalable condition) are eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed after inspection; refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times depend on the payment method and bank (typically shown as completed within the marketplace timelines). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. 

How to Return

  1. Contact customer support with order number and photos (if damaged/defective).

  2. Obtain an RMA / return authorization number.

  3. Pack item in original packaging and ship using the provided label or approved courier.

  4. After receipt & inspection, we’ll confirm replacement or refund.
