Areas Served

• We deliver to all populated areas inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For remote areas additional transit time may apply.

Delivery Methods & Times

• Orders are shipped via trusted couriers. Typical delivery window in-KSA: 1–5 business days, depending on stock availability and customer location (this is an estimate and depends on courier service and public holidays).

Shipping Fees

• Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, destination, and ongoing promotions. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (see site promotions).

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed after cutoff or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

• Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number and link. Please allow the courier’s system to update tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If a shipment is lost or excessively delayed, contact customer support; we will coordinate with the courier. For proved courier loss, we will offer replacement or refund per our policies.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• If COD is offered, COD fees (if any) will be shown at checkout. COD refunds are processed in accordance with our refunds policy after item return/inspection.
