1. Contract Formation

• Orders placed on our website constitute an offer by the customer; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order (email/text). Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

2. Eligibility & Use

• Customers must be 18+ or acting with parental/guardian approval. Products are sold for lawful uses only.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as listed; we reserve the right to correct errors. Payment is completed at checkout. For card reversals/chargebacks we reserve the right to withhold shipments until resolved.

4. Delivery

• We ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will provide tracking. Delivery times depend on stock and buyer location; any estimated delivery window is indicative.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns governed by the Return & Refund Policy above. Special rules apply for opened consumables and defective items.

6. Warranty & Liability

• Manufacturer warranty for defective items applies where available. Our liability for defective or non-conforming products is limited to replacement, repair, or refund. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (product images, descriptions, logos) is our property or used with permission.

8. Privacy

• Customer personal data collected for order processing and delivery will be handled per our Privacy Policy (or applicable Saudi data protection rules).

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Saudi authorities/courts.
